An internal platform and set of framework to maintain configurations, workspaces, permissions, and settings across the KUBRA ecosystem.
KUBRA needed a way to manage its suite of products. Before the platform was created, KUBRA’s back-end engineers would have to hardcode any changes to the system. Every time a client was added or anytime a setting needed to change, it would take a lot of work and time for the engineers to enter them into the system.
As principal designer, I was accountable for the overall success of the project from the design perspective. I defined the vision, established design principles, and coordinated with product and engineering, to ensure we were building the right solutions. I led and mentored a team of designers, making sure we were applying the right design tools and techniques at the right time.
